But we weren’t always on the front line of serving property investors. There was a time when we experienced first-hand how quickly neglect can hamper growth.
OUR JOURNEYTwenty years ago, Rose Moldenhauer saw an opportunity with a neglected property management portfolio.
She took on the challenge and transformed it into a thriving portfolio.
Having gained extensive experience as an entrepreneur in her previous businesses, she understood the importance of identifying and solving her landlords’ property challenges and needs.
Sincerity, hard work, long hours, and always going the extra mile, have seen her business flourish through word-of-mouth referrals.
Many of Rose’s clients have remained with her since inception.

ROSE MOLDENHAUER
Principal & Founder
Rose Moldenhauer is the Sole Proprietor of MRC Moldenhauer.
Having established and co-owned a family business for 20 years, she opted for a new and fresh change in her career. Through her love for renovating, interior decorating, and upcycling furniture her passion was stirred and her journey in real estate began.
Two years later, she bought the management portfolio from the company she was with. She took the challenge and hasn't looked back since.
24 Years later, she has successfully retained many of the original clients and introduced many more to the portfolio. Her clients have trusted her implicitly with their properties. This speaks for itself as people continuously refer their friends, colleagues, and their clients to Rose.
SHERRY MOLDENHAUER
(PPRE-PROFESSIONAL PRACTITIONER OF REAL ESTATE)
Sherry Moldenhauer is Rose’s right hand woman. After trying various entrepreneurial endeavors, Sherry joined a renowned National Property company in 2001. Her first position at the time was an assistant to the Rental Agent, which happened to be her mother. It was at this point that she had her first glimpse into this fascinating and evolving world of property. She has always maintained that once property gets under your skin, it is very difficult to shake it.
As an all-rounder and eager to learn various aspects of the industry she raised her hand and applied for different positions at several Real Estate Companies from Office Administrator dealing with Bond Originators and Conveyancers to leading a team and overseeing a rental division.
