Before founding MRC, Rose successfully ran her own businesses in the mining supplies industry. ROSE MOLDENHAUER
Principal & Founder
Rose Moldenhauer is the Sole Proprietor of MRC Moldenhauer.
Rose has always been an entrepreneur and has been able to spot an opportunity. Having co-owned and run her own business for 20 years, she opted for a new and fresh change in her career.
Her love for renovating, interior decorating, and upcycling furniture her passion was stirred and her journey in real estate began.
A longstanding friend encouraged her to join a renowned property group. She took the challenge and hasn't looked back since.
25 Years later, she is still in business. She has successfully retained many of the original clients and introduced many more to the portfolio. Her clients have trusted her implicitly with their properties. This speaks for itself as people continuously refer their friends, colleagues, and clients to Rose.
SHERRY MOLDENHAUER
(PPRE-PROFESSIONAL PRACTITIONER OF REAL ESTATE)
Sherry believes that hard work speaks for itself—and that the right results come from knowing your product, developing skills, staying consistent, and focusing on the details. With a background in FMCG sales and recruitment, she’s no stranger to fast-paced environments where trust is earned through action.
Sherry’s property journey began in 2001, when she joined Rose as a Rental Assistant. Over the years, she’s steadily built her expertise by gaining experience as a rental agent.
Driven by curiosity and a commitment to excellence, she made it a priority to explore and deepen her understanding of the full property industry, “Being in the industry,” she says, “I felt it was important to delve into different departments to broaden my understanding, knowledge, and skills—and to see how it all connects.”
At MRC Moldenhauer, Sherry brings that well-rounded insight to every task. Her approach is grounded in the belief that your work is a reflection of who you are—and that every detail, no matter how small, deserves the same attention and care.
She holds an NQF4 qualification in Real Estate and is currently working toward completing her NQF5. Sherry firmly believes that continuous training and development are essential to growing a successful business.
